Unique Combination Cover - Russian Number One and Four 1858 30k carmine & green, first printing on thick paper, vertical strip of three, used in combination with imperf. 1857 10k brown & blue, cancelled by pen and "Ovruch 21 April day, 1858 year" addressed to the Austrian Embassy in St.Petersburg, with "Received 28 April, afternoon" arrival pmk on back. Stamps are fresh and well centered, cover tears at both sides, do not detract from the regal appearance of this magnificent cover. This is by far, the most attractive mixed franking of Imperial Russia, absolutely unique. This cover is the centerpiece of the Mikulski Collection and has been a star attraction at many International Philatelic Exhibitions.
